Do I need to give permission for this?
For the functional cookies (session, CSRF token, remember me, the notice itself) no consent is needed — those are strictly necessary to make the website work. For Google Analytics it is: it only loads once you deliberately click "Accept all" in the cookie notice. Choose "Necessary only" (or make no choice yet), and Analytics stays off.
Removing cookies
You can always remove cookies via your browser settings. Keep in mind that you'll need to log in again afterwards, your cart will be empty, and your saved cookie choice will be forgotten.
